Club Hairspray attracts eclectic people to an unusual and unique nightlife. Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, NC and open 7 nights a week. Main bar is outrageously designed to take you back to the 1960's with a unique décor mimicked from the original move "Hairspray" directed by John Waters. Entertainment from live DJ's, Karaoke, live bands and variety shows featuring drag kings and queens! It has been a scintillating part of Asheville nightlife for over 15 years. Loredana Hovard, the club owner from Tuscany, Italy, is dedicated to decorating the Ashe-Vegas nights!
Club Hairspray is a member of the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce and is a bronze sponsor of NC Equality. Club Hairspray's ongoing symbol of pride continues to show even outside the nightlife, reaching out to the gay and lesbian community.
